PERC    BOD   Meeting

"AT    ITS    MONTHLY    MEETING   February 24 in the Former West Penn
Bldg., the PERC Board of Directors reviewed several matters of new
business, which will be reported to the membership on Thursday
evening.   Plans are being made to research and prepare two new
publications.   The Board agreed not to purchase Cleveland Transit Peter
Witt 4044 because:   (1)no parts available;   (2)standard gauge;  
(3)transporting costs;   (4)our carbarn is approaching its capacity of
cars."
