PRCo   Snow

"THE    HEAVY    SNOW   of February 14th saw the greatest use for some
time of PRC snow-fighting equipment.   In fact The Railways 'pulled out
all the stops' and put 25 sweepers and 4 scrapers on the streets.  
(Nine inches of the lovely white stuff have fallen as this is being
written, so Mr. Palmer's men may have a chance for a repeat
performance.)   Listed here is the equipment that saw service::"   [Each
