PCC 1772

I heard from a couple of different sources that when the ORM reopened in
the mid '90's, 1772 was the only car in service as nothing else ran or
was presentable.  Don't know if that's still the case.

I assume that it was re-trucked with the trucks from the scrapped
Cleveland/Shaker Heights PCC?  Or was it re-gauged?
