Missing Blocks of Car Numbers

It's in the contract, and it's specific:


"...in the event of transfer of Castle Shannon operation to the South Hills
Car House, from which previously only City service has been operated, the
transferred interurban men, regular and extra, will compose a seniority list
separate from that made up of men in City service, the duty of men on each
of the two (2) lists to be limited to that type of service in which they
hold seniority."

Interestingly, the provision appeared AFTER Castle Shannon CH was
discontinued, not before.
