Other comments are all valid, but it still comes down to a handful of facts:
1) We have enough grade crossings (and perhaps one more than would be
absolutely desirable). 2) Our track guys hate bridge structures because
they are maintenance-intensive. 3) Tie replacement becomes more difficult
to accomplish on a longer line without an increase in help. 4) We are
trying hard to constrain the physical plant to a size that we can afford to
maintain and operate.

If funding were not a problem, is it possible for the PTM to expand either
north or south along the PRC right of way? If so, how far north or south,

if not, why?
