[PRCo] Mifflin --- Muldowney Loop!!!!!!!

HI!

	The 1945 ERA map shows quite an interesting configuration in this
area.  Apparently the 65 line is connected to the 56-line but the loop
at this point turns right, ducks under the 2-track 56-line, and then
loops around to join the inbound 56-line.  A car negotiating this loop
continually makes a right turn for 360-degrees!!

	Is this accurate??
