You wouldn't need a crossover on a single-track route like Heidelburg.

How about 28 terminal. Originally was a double end shuttle route. Loop in
Heidelburg was a recent (well, relatively recent) addition.

How about outer terminal for route 36 Fairhaven.

When was Castle Shannon loop installed? How about crossovers used for
access to Castle Shannon car barn? Crossover south of Castle Shannon used
by inbound 35/36 cars for access to 38A. Hmmmm. Sounds like some more
research needed.
