	Compare this to the photo in  *PCC From Coast to Coast*  pg.166 and the
substation is clearly seen.  IF  the TC were on Liberty, it would be by
the nose of the 1000--series car in the background and the substation
would be behind the photographer.
	This seems to confirm the Grant St. location for the TC.
	Is this an PRCo substation?  Duquesne Light??
