Greetings

John Baxter is indeed a reliable reference. He is one of the
early PRC members and was Editor of Headlights following me.
He was first a motorman, then an instructor, then a schedule
writer for PRC. He joined PAT continued in schedules (he
did some of the regional bus systems) and then joined the
Early Action Program staff in real estate acquisition.
He retired in the early 1970's and now lives in Portsmouth,
Ohio. He is a native of Philaelphia and a graduate of the
University of Penna.

He is still active and I send him some of your printouts
on occasion. He is not into the computer.

A good friend since the late 1940's.
