[PRCo] 1967 New York Times article

Hi Folks,

I recall reading in an old Trolley Fare, in the "25 years ago" section, that the
New York Times had an article in their paper in 1967 entitled something like:
"Pittsburgh Gets Rid of Its Streetcars."

I did searches in the library for this article and never found it.  I used
periodical index books and librarian assistance to no avail.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
