[PRCo] Fantrip with 1161, very early 1960s likely

OK, guys, I need some help ID'ing a slide of 1161 on two counts.  First, the date.  Second, the slide shows the car on a fantrip on a temporary shoo-fly on the LIBRARY line (either that or the car is just signed LIBRARY for the fun of it and its somewhere in the north hills??), bypassing a short wooden trestle.  Any ides of where?  This must have been a significant event (the shoo-fly, not the fantrip).
