[PRCo] Re: Charles & Perrysville a Double Track Wye for Sure!!

Hi!
	One other thought.
	PRCo was coming out of bankruptcy proceedings about this time.  Part of
those proceedings recommended abandonment of lines and adjustments to
others.  The fact that the 7-Charles remained for a while is quite
interesting, but it is possible that dropping the loop to the
PRR-Station was a recommendation of the proceedings.
	Even if it wasn't, it was a cost saving measure that dropped at least
several operators (overhead) over the course of the day!
