even slow - speed only came after delays, if then.  But notable
operators are exceptions.
	Most of our schedules (in SF) require keeping the power on the floor -
just throw open the doors to stop.
	If that happened on PRCo interurbans, they would have been running at
break-neck speeds at all times and having the governor cut the power at
42-mph frequently.  That was a rare event!  Very rare!
