So what is a shuttle anyway? Is it a line that doesn't go downtown? If
it loops on the northside, does that make it a non-shuttle? How short
does it have to be? Was 62 Trafford a shuttle because it didn't go
downtown Pittsburgh but only went to East Pittsburgh (or was East
Pittsburgh a downtown)?? And what is the difference between SHUTTLE and
TRANSFER? Does a TRANSFER connect two other routes? Like 32 P&LE
TRANSFER connected the Smithfield Street and Point Bridge lines? Then
that must make 62 E LIBERTY-62nd ST also a TRANSFER because it connected
the Highland and Butler Street lines? And does anyone really want to
argue?
