That was the title of a Bugs Bunny-Elmer Fudd cartoon.. Is that where today's
transit planners get their ideas? ("How did he get run over? He was standing in

During the mid-1970s, Dayton's RTA had the "Downtown Area Short Hop" or "DASH."
It's mascot was a cartoon rabbit.  Ken J.
