This requires absolutely no answer from anyone.  LBau041846 is Larry
Baugher, who used to work for me.  In his retirement he is on the board
of what used to be the York Area Transit Authority (next county west of
Lancaster).  The old acronym YATA YATA YATA needed some upgrading.  So
all the buses were repainted in red with the word RABBITTRANSIT on their
flanks.  Hey, man, I'm not kidding.  This is serious stuff.  For real. 
Factual.  I had lunch with Larry last week and he told me they were have
a public relations contest to come up with a new name for the service,
and the attached memo exemplifies the brain power in mass transit these
days!
