Good Morning!!

Please note that several do this already:::::::

Derrick
	Ken-J
		Don-G
			Charlie-B
				Roger-J
					Fred-B
				Tom-P
			Matt-B (anybody Home?!)
		Bob-S (again, anybody Home?!)
	Yourself
Myself

Additionally, I try to make the quotes extremely clear. The email
program will not put an arrow by the most recent name in a quote so
that means that, if there are multiple quotes from various senders,
there will be one less arrow by the name than by the text it
represents. I add the extra arrow, take out extra text, and remove
all arrows between lines, and all spaces between arrows.

To use this email as an example, 1--arrow by Bob's quotes and name
-- 2--arrows by my name and quotes.
