Jim

I will try to get photos of my N gauge West Penn and PRC cars posted ASAP but that may take awhile. But while I have your attention what I did for the 3800 car (which isn't done yet) was to cut up a Father Nature Connecticut car shell. I covered over the doors on one side, moved the door at one end to the middle on the other side, did the low floor thing, cleared out all the windows, raised the windowline and added in new windowposts - as I recall there were a lot of them. I was able to simulate window frames by laminating a skinnier piece of styrene on top of a larger one. Thus all I had to do was cut this strip to length and fit it in as one piece. These shells fit bachmann units but I will have to extend a PCC frame a little. I did largely the same thing to backdate a bachmann PCC to make PRCo 1613 (I used an all electric shell to make 1711 - you notice a trend?).
