[PRCo] Neville Island Bridges

	It was 49 years ago when Pittsburgh Railways applied to substitute
shuttle buses for PCC streetcar service on Neville Island to avoid the
$275,000 expense of constructing tracks on a new bridge.  Cars will
continue from the Stowe Township loop to downtown Pittsburgh.
