[PRCo] Re: 36-Drake photos

I lived in Bethel Park until 1984 when the Ft.Couch Road crossing was still
a grade crossing (not a tunnel).  Being away from the area, I missed the
conversion to a road tunnel.  The 1999 date I referred to is obviously the
date that rail service on Drake was discontinued.
