Ah!  Now that tells me something.  I can clearly "see" where this 
private right of way would have existed in this area, quite naturally. 
 Makes sense, as there are homes and businesses in this area that appear 
to have been around much, much longer than the McKnight area.

So - the line could have actually connected up to the West View Line 
then, in theory only -- if it had left the West View Line, at say 
Cemetery Lane, and made it's way down Cemetery Lane to Babcock.    But 
as we know, if left the Evergreen line and somehow made it's way down to 
prw along Babcock.
