[PRCo] Railroad excursions to PTM

Mark,
I saw the line on the "Events Schedule" page, but noted that the line is not
linked to the excursion website. Regardless, a prominent announcement and
link on the PTM homepage would help generate traffic for this event which is
certainly "new":L it's been nearly 50 years since one could take a rail
(PRC) ride to the Arden site, and 45 years since the last railroad (B&O)
trains ran between Pittsburgh and Washington, Pa.
