[PRCo] RT 10-15 TERMINAL POINT

I know this is probably going over old stuff previously discussed here.
But the Pittsburgh video confused me again as to where the route
actually changed to the other.  Touring Pittsbugh book says Center Ave
at Harvard  Ave. and the video said  West View Amusement Park and I
think someone said Keating Carhouse. So where was it they changed the
roll sign to the opposite #number ??  Outbound it would seem logical to
change  the #10 at Keating to #15  and outbound #15 at Harvard Ave to
#10  or both at West View , the midpoint , sort of.
