I was not aware that the Fineview line had no re=placement bus service
after the cars came off , due to too-steep grades for buses. That was
also stated in the PRCo video.  The same situation existed in Oakland
Ca. where the company reconstructed some Flexible buses into 25 ft units
with low gearing and kept their 8 cylinder  engines . They were dubbed
'BULDOGS " by the public.  Maybe PAT really wasn't interested in the
service to do that but seems strange to leave an entire area  witout
service .
