Went to:
http://digital.library.pitt.edu/pittsburgh/

Looked at the 1923 map of the 3rd ward. P&WV had
tracks which issued out of the Wabash terminal, made a
hard left across Liberty, went on across Penn and
stopped just short of Duquesne Way. They ran parallel
to Fancourt St., about 75' or so away from the street.

PRR had a siding which branched off the elevated track
along Duquesne Way, ran parallel to Fancourt, but on
the other side of Fancourt, between Barbeau and
Fancourt. It crossed penn, crossed Liberty, made a
hard right as it crossed Liberty, and ran down the
center of Short St. nearly all the way to Water St. or
whatever that was along the Mon.

The PRR siding was about 75' off Barbeau, making it
almost exactly 1 block between the PRR and P&WV
sidings.

Lurching back to topicality, th same map shows
streetcar tracks on Fancourt, but not on Barbeau.
