Good Morning!

	I have been thinking along the same lines.   In the photo where I first
noticed this, it was winter with snow on the ground.   Charleroi 1718
outbound at West Library.   Thought it was due to the cold weather with the
thin metal of the fan monitor more exposed.   Also tricky light
reflection.   Thought about a fade to the primer color but it is so
uniform, esp. the photo mentioned below.
