	Apparently several bids by the same person are entered simultaneously to
anticipate bidding by another party.   If I understand it correctly, One
does not really bid against himself.   The lowest of one's bid is compared
to that of others until that is bested, then the next one kicks in.
	Also note that *loponrat* put in his bid of $300.00 on 05-August and
*goldpost* had to continually bid up to that and then better it!   So in
this case, as opposed to what I mentioned in the previous paragraph,
*goldpost* was playing catch-up to the high bid and then had to better it.
