[PRCo] Philadelphia trolley website

There's an Excellent (with a capital "E") trolley website at  http://www.phillytrolley.org.  Besides photos, it includes up-to-date  information on trolley activities in Philadelphia, news of special trolley rides in the city, car dispositions and more.

I don't recall reading about this website on the Pittsburgh trolley list, but I see Ken Josephson's name listed in the website credits.

This is a very well done website, and it could be the pattern for others to follow.
