Riding that specially painted Cordic high floor car has been one of my
fondest memories.
Had he any inkling of his vanishing into obscurity using his
Pittsburgh-formulated radio talent to LA, he would've left that
particular green pasture alone. 

Those too young to remember the characters he developed for his morning
radio audience have missed a talent which overrides, by far, anything
concocted by the current flock of junk jocks. 

There will never be another Rege Cordic, (unless Omicron decides to
bring a clone of him from Venus.)  

Sorry for getting somewhat off topic with this post, but the
Cordic-trolley-connection, along with Harold G., Bob R, and Jim H's
posts, gave rise to additional memories of this top notch Pittsburgh
talent.
