Good Morning!

	Just received  March--April  *Trolley--Fare*  (which most others received
at least 3-weeks ago!)  and the back page says:::::::

		TEA--21  Grant  Awarded to
		Rehabilitate  Pittsburgh
		Railways  Car  4398

	A total of $215,340.00 was awarded for the project which ranked 4th out of
45-projects in South West PA!

	Nice to see  PITTSBURGH  being put back into the
		*Pittsburgh--Electric--Railway--Club!*

	Out of over 1,000-such  Low--Floor  cars, the only other one saved is also
at  PERC  aka  PTM  --  3756!

	Work is to begin in 2003  --  any estimate of when work should be
completed?
