[PRCo] Surviving car houses, DuBois

Several months ago I remarked that there is a
surviving car house in DuBois. I said that it was
built by the United Traction Company.

Wrong, on two counts.

First, there was no company of that name in or near
DuBois.

Second, the car house was built by the DuBois Traction
Company.

However, it was also used by the United Traction
Street Railway Company, a subsidiary chartered by
DuBois Traction Co. when the original company wished
to extend southward from the city line, but couldn't
under its charter.
