Fascinating reading Ed  Lybarger . You should have contributed this to
one of the West Penn publications put out by PTM as I have never seen
such a good explanation of the economies of a corporate entity like you
wrote it .  Thanks  very much for it .  It makes a lot of sense .  That
era was before things like the ENRON mess  where they try to weasel out
of it the wrong way.!!
