I wasn't knocking Harold Smith. I should have clarified myself. Sometimes 
authors abbreviate captions leaving out important information. Sept. 1965 was 
an important month  because of the abandonment of Keating and it's assigned 
routes. This can be very misleading to someone like myself who is still 
green. No harm done. Question answered and much appreciated. :>)
