Routes 13, 14 and 15 originally ran via California Ave., and route 6 ran via
Brighton Road. Tom Parkinson's, "The Street Railways of Pittsburgh,
1859-1967", states that during evenings and on Sundays, route 6 was extended
to Emsworth as route 6/13, and in September, 1964 (1965?) this became
permanent until abandonment in April, 1966.
I believe that service on California Avenue ended in September, 1965 with
the abandonment of route 15, and at that time routes 13 and 14 were combined
with route 6 on Brighton Road.
