I was kind of lost on that first pix , but looked in my Touring Pittsburgh by trolley book on page 40 at the bottom and realised the RR overpass and r-o-w is gone there !! Your explanation of the pix was somewhat distorted in the tree branches to the right . Big changes there I guess with the RR GONE.
