Cutting to the chase: 

The map, which may or may not date from the year 1930, shows the streetcar line 
going out Woodville as far as Banksville Road. Beyond that is a bus line up to 
Mount Washington. There is a Sawmill Run Road east of Banksville, but no 
boulevard.

The list of car lines includes "32-33 P&LE and Mount Washington (see Bus Line 
O)" and Bus Line O is called "Mount Washington Streetcar Connecting Bus."

Anything else I wrote was, I'm afraid, surmise. And I wasn't looking at the map 
at the time.
