This URL won't work, the plat isn't embedded. Try
http://digital.library.pitt.edu/cgi-bin/maps/showmap.pl?client=maps&image=34v09p28

The end of the URL can be changed to refer to whatever plat you want, and
you'll need to zoom in by hand; The results of an HTTP POST message (as
opposed to GET messages) can't be easily shared.
