Hi Ken,
If you want to see a "war baby" PCC with well worn painted steel parts, go
have a look at the LATL P2 PCC at OERM, still as left service, not pretty
inside but heaps of character, I guess when in constant use, it wuld not
have look quite so bad as it would have worn shinny and not had time to
rust.
