It won't stop receipt of the worm but it *should* stop using
one's address book to automatically forward --- unless the
hackers have figured a way to program around the *Fix* ---
which is entirely possible.

Make an entry for the address book which will be The Very First
Entry in your address book -- using Zeroes or Dashes or
Underscores for the first and last name for example. Do Not
type in an email address for this bogus listing.

When the worm doesn't find an email address in the first
listing, it won't send to anyone in your address book and others
will not receive the worm with your return address.
