 It would be very drastic. My PERSONAL OPINION is that it would be a very bad mistake. As Jim stated, what about the person who decides to stay late at work. This would be totally screwing them. I guess they would then be forced to go out and buy a cheap vehicle to get to/from work. Then PAT would also lose that commuter's morning business as well. This is no longer a  9 to 5 world we live in as you all know. And there are people who do work night shifts. And there are people(although probably very few) who don't even own an automobile.
