It is a sad commentary on where the market and plants that produced steel went. I investigated the source of all the new rail being put down on the former Southern Pacific RR that Union Pacific RR took over and all of it says NIPPON STEEL on the sides of it!!!  The steel story is not over yet as the companys that are left fight over pension rights that cover several thousand retired workers that are financed by a couple thousand current steel workers !! They of course,want to dump the retirees !!!  What a sad, sad, future these people have if that comes to pass.     rogertrolley
