There have been articles in both the Post-Gazette (Washington Edition,
August 24) and the Observer-Reporter (August 26) addressing this
anniversary. The former featured Sam Van Eman's model of a shelter house
and was done at the museum; the latter was Byron Smialek's column, for which
we supplied information.
