	On Central near Dupont, JTC cross the railroad under Overhead
Guards - looks like simple switching track for RR  --  no
crossing gates and  *possibly*  only lights to guard crossing.

	The WCF&N Interurban crosses the Illinois Central main at West
Tower on northwest side of Waterloo WithOut trolley guards.

	And LATL V-line crossed 4-track PE to Watts, both without
trolley guards.    Imagine a 50-mph Blimp hitting a PCC!
