I very much suspect a fan trip somewhere.

The "Latrobe Youngstown etc." route card is very suspicious, as in
the late 40's and early 50's, all I recall seeing in Latrobe were
700-series cars.

I'm on even thinner ice here, but didn't the West Penn Latrobe line
close down in 1952?
