Sometime back in the 70s I came across an observation that race will cease
to be a divide between haves and have-nots. Instead the discriminator will
be education - those willing to learn and change will 'have'; those not
willing to learn and change will 'have-not'. And it seems to be happening.

Who was it back in the 30s that commented that "we have the best politicians
that money can buy?"
