My mother told me that the Rt. 33 cars that rambled up Woodruff Street were
known as Dinky's.  She thought it was because they had a single truck but
that is not clear. Time to check Beal's book?

I believe I have read somewhere that the term "dinky" was applied to single
truck cars after double truck cars became prevalent.
