[PRCo] Pittsburgh firsts

A while back, a listing appeared of Pittsburgh firsts and I seem to have
misplaced my copy.  In particular, does anyone have the address of the first
theater specifically designed to show movies in Pittsburgh?  I will continue
to do some searching here, but any help would be appreciated.  Thanks
