There was no streetcar loop at this location. Braddock Ave. was
straightened out as part of Parkway East construction through
Edgewood-Swissvale in early 1950s.

Yes, as did several houses on north side Greendale Ave. to provide entrance
(? or exit ?) ramp for Edgewood.

The track in the picture is original S. Braddock Ave. It was a brick street
that matched paving of South Braddock Ave. further north in Regent Square
area. The relocation of Braddock Ave. in vicinity of parkway was paved in
concrete.
