West Penn owned Oakford Park until, I believe, 1942.

Reminds me, there's a story about Oakford Park in an "East" section of the
Post-Gazette by my feet. I should try to find a copy on their web site.
Something about a dam bursting. Can't remember if {West Penn,
predecessors} were said to have owned the park at the time, or even when
it was.
