[PRCo] Ron Beal's Pgh Railways Books--Update & Table of Contents

I spoke with Ron today (Tuesday) and he gave me an update on Vol. 1.  The
binding company expedited the order and they are in transit to Pittsburgh.
At least one case is in transit to me as I write this.  It will be another
10 days before any more will be available since Ron will be out of town.  He
indicated that they are heavy as I would expect a hardbound text of that
many pages.
